Özet: When we emphasized the importance of field work, we also tried to explain how to perform the dissection of owl pellets collected from nature. It is possible to make the lessons funny by taking advantage of opportunities offered by nature. Such activities, which will increase the curiosity of the students, may make the practice of the course extraordinary. Also, owl pellets dissection can be used to convey some of the gains in both high school and middle school curriculum.
