Özet: This study is intended to identify the biological education students’ literacy, attitudes and awareness of the right to the environment. Contenders are Gazi University Biological Education students and they have participated in this study by answering the questionnaire. Study is based on descriptive analyses and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software was used to analyze. Participants have answered the four testing tool. Personal information test, where the demographic info was acquired; Environmental and environmental rights success test which measures the literacy of environment and right to environment; Environmental Awareness test and Environmental Attitude test. Total of 114 students have participated in the survey. It was identified that there is a meaningful difference between the literacy levels of students of age 20+ and 19-. A meaningful difference was observed between the students with no prior environmental training and the ones who have taken the classes first time in the undergraduate level.
