Özet: Learning strategies are the strategies that a person uses to make learning more permanent and productive and can change as a result of the environmental experiences. However, while learning styles are innate, learning strategies are predominantly derived from the individual's social and environmental experiences.Students' learning levels can be measured by examining the presence or absence of the relationship between learning strategy and learning styles. Phenomenology, which is a qualitative research model, was used in this study. The study group consisted of 2nd grade 5th grade students in an elementary school in Bartın. As a result of the application of descriptive analysis in the interpretation of the data, the students see that they do not reach the executive cognition strategy and focus more on the repetition and attention strategy. In terms of the use of learning styles, learning styles have been diversified according to the characteristics of people. It is seen in the research which learning styles students use frequently and how often. When the learning styles of the students were examined according to the findings of the research, it was seen that the levels of the learning styles of the students differed but all of them used almost every style, but one or two styles were dominant.
