Özet: Suffering after the death of a loved one, as in literatures belonging to different cultures also found a place in Turkish literature; in old Turkish poetry “sagu”, in classic Turkish poetry “mersiye” has appeared. Tarkib-band is the most prefering form, in which elegies that written with various verse forms. Mustaqim-zada expressed his feelings with a lyrical and artful style after the passing away of his master, whom he served for seven years. In addition to the information given about the life, goodness and virtues of Mohammad Amin Tokadi, issues related to the Nakhshibendi sect and mystical concepts were also mentioned. In our study respectively; general information about the lives of Mustaqim-zada Suleyman Sadaddin is given, tarkib-band which formed 12 strophe and 96 distich, text with Arabic script and Turkish transcription, prose form and translation to Turkish of present day is presented and explained.
