Özet: When we take a look at the development process of the history of the Islamic thought, we observe that one of the main characteristics has always been ‘belief’. Uluhiyyah is one of the most important aspects of this topic which includes many details within its scope. Because ‘Uluhiyyah’ has always maintained its central position in the religious life of Muslim societies so that many narrative styles and literary methods have been applied to provide a better understanding and to create continuity on this issue. In this respect, it is seen that in the Muslim societies, the notion ‘Uluhiyyah’ holds an important place in their literature, culture and art. Especially, various literary genres such as Tawheed, Münācāt, Al-Asmā al-Husnā and al-Masnavī have been preferred as more effective and more lasting ways to transfer the subjects to the society. Abd Al-rahman Jāmī (1414-1492), a symbol of the Islamic-Persian Literature, has contributed to this field with both prose and poetry type works. I’tikād-nāma, which has been written in the style of masnavi, includes the topics such as uluhiyyah, prophethood, and the afterlife. Among these topics, only the subject of uluhiyyah will make up the main study of our article. In some parts of this work, highlights of the Ash’arī line of the Ahl al-Sunnah have been pointed out, because it has a distinct significance in terms of the presentation of the general lines of the Sunnī belief system.
