Özet: This research contains an economic approach to human behavior and the effect of employee’s psychoeconomic status on their attitudes at work has been searched. Psychoeconomic status can be defined as psychological state related to monetary issues. In this research, it has been aimed to determine the differences of demographic groups in terms of psychoeconomic status. The other purpose of this research is to determine the psycho-economic status’ effect on work motivation. The method of this experimental research is statistical scanning method. Aa a result of this research, a correlation found between work motivation and psychologic problems that is caused by financial matters. According to another finding of research, there is a significant difference between genders in case of living psychological problems and using medicine or treatment. Also, using medicine or treatment differs due to marital status.
