Özet: This study aimed to determine the effect of return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), the exchange rate on stock prices either partially or simultaneously. Data were taken from 2008 to 2016. The data were analyzed using with regression. The results showed that in partial return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) effect on stock prices and exchange rates partially no effect on stock prices. Variable return on return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) and the exchange rate simultaneously positive and significant effect on the stock price.
