Özet: The purpose of this study is to identify teachers' attitudes and professional motivations regarding distance learning during the pandemic process. The descriptive research method, a quantitative research method, was used in the study. “Attitude Scale Regarding the Use of Distance Learning Environments during the Pandemic Process” and “Teacher Motivation Scale” were used in the study. The study consists of 350 primary school teachers working in Konya during the 2020-2021 school year. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the professional motivation of the teachers regarding distance learning during the pandemic process was at a high level, and their attitudes regarding the use of distance learning environments were at a moderate level. It was observed according to the results of Pearson correlation analysis that there was a significant and positive relationship between teachers' attitudes regarding the use of distance learning environments and their professional motivation.
