Özet: The aim of the study was to present the results of content analysis on the articles and theses related to science educational and (technology or STEM or multimedia) in TR Dizin index and thesis database of The Council of Higher Education of Turkey. A total of 15 papers and 19 thesis were examined to determine the research methods, participants, data collection tools, dependent variables and purposes. The study is considered to be important since it tried to reveal the studies related to educational technology in science education. The results of the study revealed a considerable increase in the number of studies involving the use of education technologies in science education especially in 2017. It is seen in these studies that the quantitative research design was favored more as the research method, that the participants were mostly k-12 students; and that pretest-posttest and scales were among the most popular data collection tools. Lastly, academic performance was the most common dependent variable in the studies.
