Özet: The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between school administrators' use of force and teachers' opposition. Relational screening model was used in the research. 430 teachers determined by the disproportionate cluster sampling method constitute the sample of the research. The data were collected with the “Organizational Power Scale at Schools” (OÖÖÖ) and the “Organizational Opposition Scale” (SÖÖ). According to the results of the research, school administrators use legal power the most and coercive power the least On the other hand, it was determined that teachers preferred vertical opposition more than horizontal opposition. There was no statistically significant difference in any of the sub-dimensions of SPS, except for "reward power". Only male teachers perceive "reward power" at a higher level than female teachers. According to marital status, institution, branch and professional seniority variables, there was no statistically significant difference in any of the sub-dimensions of SPS. According to the gender variable, male teachers' perceptions of general organizational opposition are higher than female teachers. According to the marital status variable, the perceived organizational opposition characteristics of married and single teachers are equal. According to the variable of the institution where they work, the general organizational opposition characteristic of teachers working in primary schools is higher than that of teachers working in secondary schools. According to the branch variable, the general organizational opposition characteristic perceived by the classroom teachers is higher than that of the branch teachers. According to the variable of professional seniority, as the years of seniority of teachers change, their perceptions of organizational opposition behaviors do not differ accordingly. As a result of the research, "reward power" and "coercive power" dimension scores were "vertical opposition" It was seen that the "charisma power" dimension scores were a significant predictor of the "horizontal opposition" total score variable.
