Özet: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the organizational trust level of school administrators and school culture. In this respect, it is aimed to determine whether the organizational trust level and school culture perception of school administrators differ according to gender, age, seniority, school type and educational status. This research has been carried out with the relational screening pattern, which is one of the quantitative research methods. The target population of the study is comprised of 375 school administrators working in 25 districts on the European side of İstanbul. In the research, the data were collected through ‘’Organizational Trust Scale’’ and ‘’School Culture Scale’’ and analysed through the SPSS program. As a result of the responses given by the school administrators to the questions about organizational trust, the level of organizational trust has been found moderate. The school administrators’ perception of school culture is also at a medium level. In the study, the organizational trust level and the school culture perception of school administrators differed in age, professional seniority, educational status and gender, and a moderately positive relationship has been found between organizational trust and school culture. Improvements in working conditions are recommended to increase the organizational trust level of school administrators.
