Özet: Technology leadership, arising from the effective use of technology in rapidly developing technology and educational organizations, is becoming more and more important every day. The purpose of this study is to determine the technology leadership self-efficacy levels of school administrators. Technology Leadership Competency Scale for School Administrators (Hacıfazlıoğlu, Karadeniz & Dalgıç, 2001) was used as the data collection tool in the study. The participants of the study were 712 school administrators (300 school principals and 412 assistant principals) working in Izmir. According to the data obtained from the study, it was observed that the technology leadership self-efficacy perceptions of school principals were higher than the assistant principals. According to the results of the analysis, while the technology leadership self-efficacy perceptions of school administrators did not differ according to years of service, it was revealed that there was a significant difference in favor of male administrators in terms of gender variable. In the study it was revealed that the technology leadership self-efficacy perceptions of school administrators were higher among the participants who received information technology in-service training.
