Özet: Apart from the difficulties experienced in the preparation of multiple-choice items in a qualified manner, it does not seem possible to apply these items in large groups, to score them, and to calculate item and test statistics without technological aids. Therefore, in this study, it is aimed to examine what measures can be taken and what activities can be carried out to improve the examination systems of medical faculties before and during the pandemic period. Within the scope of the study, data were collected on a voluntary basis from a total of 287 students studying at the medical faculty using a questionnaire developed by the researchers. The findings obtained show that 73.5% of the participants think that the exams conducted before the Covid-19 pandemic period are objective; It shows that during the pandemic period, this rate decreased to 46.3% statistically significant (χ2 = 10.747, p = 0.001).
