Özet: Children with special needs are involved to special education programs ininstitutions as soon as they are identificated as “exceptional”. These children arealso prepared for school life as they reach their school age. The point is, not onlypreparing children with special needs but also preparing classroom teachers toeducate these children. It’s a must to make the child to use his remedial potentialin educational settings. This can be possible with a proper integration planning. However, a successful integration is possible with instructors with positiveattitudes to special education, to children with special needs and to integration.Teachers’ attitudes are one of the most important factors that influence theefficiency of integration. Research show that classroom teachers have negativeattitudes to integration because of lack of knowledge about special education.Teachers need to know what they have to face when a child with special needsparticipate in their classroom. That’s why classroom teachers should be involvedinto integration planning and their needs in relation to special education should bemet
