Özet: The aim of this study was to define how a social worker performed the case management role in details by a case introduction. The case was a 14 year old adolescent who had a right leg amputation from pelvic level as a result of a traffic accident. Social worker who attended to a child and adolescent psychiatric health clinic performed this case management by evaluating patient’s and his family’s social and economical needs, informing treatment team, determined possible care and societal sources for the patient, planning how to benefit from each source, and providing to take the advantages of these sources
