Özet: Psychological and physiological changes come into existence because of age with time. Although these changes to be seen in a different speed and ratio for each person, in generally these changes are the ability of thinking, the lack of moving ability, and the power of understanding (visually, auditory etc.) , slowness and the loss of different ability. Elderly or the disability occurred with any reason; affect the independent moving at home or in the urban life. Activity areas in the city, transportation, pedestrian areas, streets, or the characteristic of different design elements are very important for the participation of elderly /disabled people in urban life. environments on urban landscape such as public places, street for people whose differences with mentally or physically abilities. It also concentrates on the concepts of design for all and promoting the independent moving of elderly in urban landscape design
