Özet: The research seeks to understand and analyze the process of refugee children to neighborhood states and whether the refuge policy is implemented in a manner that allows it to achieve its main objective: a protection tool for refugee children who are mostly in need of protection and a proper mechanism of social responsibilities in under developing country. The research also seeks to evaluate the impact of recipient states policies and the process of its implementation on the capacity of recipient countries to take in more refugees and on the refugees who remain in these countries. Keywords: Children refugee, Egypt.
