Özet: The dynamic changes in the social environment marked by positive and negative effects of the priority factors at the macro – and micro level and at the level of interpersonal relationships in the process of social adaptation of servicemen discharged from military service, determine the current importance of the need to search for suitable approaches to the formation of key competencies in them, based on which they can find their realization in the new living conditions.
