Özet: Objective: COVID-19 infection has the potential to affect the cardiovascular system as well as respiratory disease. Recent studies have suggested that Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT, and Tp-e/QTc ratios may be associated with ventricular arrhythmias. The goal of this study is to the evaluation of Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT, and Tp-e/QTc ratios, in patients with Covid-19 infected with or without pneumonia. Material and Method: 118 patients with COVID-19 infection were divided into 2 groups: patients with and without pneumonia, the control group consisted of 39 people. The Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT, and Tp-e/QTc ratio were gauged by the 12-lead electrocardiogram. Results: Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT, Tp-e/QTc ratio were considerably high in COVID-19 patients with pneumonia, contrasted to the without pneumonia patients. (p < 0.01, p < 0.01, p <0,01, respectively) whereas the same parameters were similar to the control group in COVID-19 infected patients without pneumonia. (p=0.258, p=0.249, p=0,056, respectively). Correlation analysis revealed a significant and positive correlation between CRP with Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT ratio, and Tp-e/QTc ratio. There was the same correlation relationship between WBC with Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT ratio, and Tp-e/QTc ratio. Conclusion: Our present study showed that Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT, Tp-e/QTc ratio were prolonged in COVID-19 infected patients with pneumonia
