Özet: Wunderlich sendromu (WS), subkapsüler ve perirenal boşluklara nonumumatik renal kanama ile ilişkili nadir bir akut karın hastalığıdır. Renal hücreli karsinom, anjiyomiyolipom, böbrek kistleri, vaskülit veya kan disprasileri bilinen risk faktörleri arasındadır. Masif retroperitoneal kanama ile ilişkili 59 yaşındaki bir kadın hastada Wunderlich sendromu olgusunu sunuyoruz.
