Özet: Chronic fatigue syndrome is a heterogeneous syndrome, which is diagnosed according to clinical symptoms. The cause or causes of chronic fatigue syndrome have not beenfully idented and no understand the onset. This review article highlights the  incidence in adolescents, ethiopathogenesis, clinical features, classifications, recent approaches to the patient management, utilizing current literature information relevant to chronic fatigue syndrome.
