It was determined that 38% of female students and 60% of male students do not consume raw milk because they are not habitual. According to the results, it was found that most of the students (77.4%) believed that they were additives in carton of milk and 71.1% paid attention to the fat ratio while taking milk as a consumer. Students while taking milk are more interested in the firm and more prefer white cheese as the cheese variety. Considering the results obtained; to increase the consumption of drinking milk, which is of great importance in human nutrition, studies should be conducted.
