Özet: The research was conducted with aim to compare of yield and some quality characteristics of wheat of nitrogen dose treatment on winter wheat+ Hungarian vetch mixed cropping in Isparta conditions during 2017-18 growing season. The experiment was set up as randomized complete block design with three replications by conventional wheat sowing (10 kg N da-1-sole sowing) and 0 (non-nitrogen), 5, 7.5 10 and 12.5 kg da-1 nitrogen doses treatment on Tosunbey bread wheat + Tarm Beyazı-98 Hungarian vetch mixed cropping. Effect on plant height, ear length, hectoliter weight, grain yield and protein content of wheat of the nitrogen doses treatment on wheat + Hungarian vetch mixed cropping were statistically (p<0.01) significant, and non-significant effect on one hundred weight. The highest grain yield (319.9 kg da-1) and protein content (13.9%) were determined in mixed cropping+12.5 kg N da-1. But, differences between conventional wheat sowing with mixed cropping+10 and 12.5 kg da-1 nitrogen doses weren’t statistically significant. Effect on organic matter, EC value, pH, lime and nitrogen content of soil of the wheat+ Hungarian vetch mixed cropping weren’t statistically significant. Compare to sole wheat sowing and previous sowing of soil characteristics, it can be said that mixed cropping were shows a positive trend in very low to effect on organic matter and nitrogen content of soil.
