Özet: Irrigation schemes’ performance level is unsatisfactory in Turkey. Performance indicators used to assess irrigation schemes among others and years to monitoring. The large number of performance indicators make assessment difficult to make a general assessment of irrigation networks. In addition, each performance indicator has a different effect on the irrigation network. For this reason, multivariate statistical evaluation method was developed including performance indicators by the researchers to analyse the performance of irrigation schemes. In this study, the irrigation networks of Sarayköy, Çamgazi and Boğaçay in different regions were evaluated by principle component and they were ranked among the irrigation schemes by quality index. As a result, water distribution performance indicators, financial indicators and agricultural production-economic indicators showed different effects in the ranking of irrigation networks. As a conclusion, it was determined indicators which are irrigation water distributed to per unit irrigated/command area, and output per unit irrigated/command area were important factors have important effect on ranking of irrigation projects.
