Özet: Migration can also be defined as people moving from one place to another and leaving their homeland to find new dormitories. Migration has always remained on the agenda with its economic, social and political effects throughout human history. The reasons for migrations have constantly changed from time to time and from region to region. In addition to natural disasters such as famine, drought, disease, floods and earthquakes, wars and political conflicts have also been instrumental in this. For whatever reason, the phenomenon of immigration is not an action people take voluntarily and fondly. Every migration event stems from an effort to leave a problem behind. People who leave their homeland and go to other people's homelands unwillingly are not always welcome. For this reason, they are protected by international regulations. According to the 1951 Geneva Convention on the Legal Status of Refugees, the reasons why immigrants are in refugee or asylum-seeker status is that they leave their country for political or natural reasons. In this study the lived experience of migration, Turkey has tried to focus on the impact of migration management and refugee policy; developed policies have been tried to be examined.
