Özet: Epic of Manas; It is a verse work in which the Kırgız wars with their external enemies, the Kalmuks and the Chinese, and the struggles and confusions within themselves. This epic, which has witnessed 1000 years of adventure in the history of the world, has been passed down from generations to generations for centuries. The Manas epic is rich in deep psychological motifs. The epic also includes the people's thoughts about country, difficulty, civilization, nation and their understanding of love, prosperity, administration and death. The strength of the psychological possibilities mentioned in the Epic of Manas and the continuation of the epic renewed every century gives the opportunity to capture the change and development of traditions and customs. The relationship of people with nature and society and their attitude towards them reflect the economic structure and mentality of the period. In this study, Tuncer Gülensoy have translated the Turkish Manas Epic, three criteria (material, surroundings, and time) are examined in was evaluated under various headings. In this study, some economic terms, economic activities and social relations are expressed based on the verses in the "Manas Epic". In the Epic of Manas, the attitude of the society towards the matter, the understanding of ownership, the effect of social relations on the matter were examined. In the epic Manas, the economy is located within the social relations whole, indistinguishable from it. Economic behavior and what determines its consequences are within the rules forming the society. Economic activity is considered as a human-established process that regulates human relations with its social and natural environment.
