Özet: Education is one of the most important factors enabling people to keep up with this situation since the world has been in continuous development since its existence. Continuously educating people in professional life, developing themselves in the professional field, gaining knowledge and skills are called “in-service training”. Education affects human life as well as advancing technology and other fields in the world. In-service training is supported by pre-service training. In-service training plans and programs carried out in national education should be prepared in a structure that will support the student to be active in the lesson as well as improving the knowledge and skills of the teacher. What is the scope of the study, in-service education, the overall scope of in-service education and in-service education in national education, how are there differences in in-service education for teachers? Teachers' professional deficiencies and how they should be supported with in-service training, etc. Researches about the general structure are included.
