Özet: In this study, a qualitative analysis of the Turkish articles has been carried out with taking samples from the academicians related to organizational commitment. The samples of the work creates two Turkish articles after the stated limitations. Word frequency analysis and word-tree analysis were performed by using the Nvivo 11 program. As a result of these analyzes, it was concluded that the concept of organizational commitment is very strong in terms of psychological, emotional and human orientation. Also, there are different levels of organizational commitment. In these studies have been focused on the level of commitment.
