Özet: With the entry of the woman into the working life, new roles have been added for them, about work and family life. Due to the increasing role of women, compliance problems have begun to emerge without fulfilling their responsibilities. This situation, which arises as a result of the unbalance between the roles, is defined as "work-family imbalance/conflict". The role expectancy is too much for both the workplace and the community, as well as the inadequacy of support and resources in meeting these expectancies, the work-family balance is distorted and conflict is occurring. When the work-family balance deteriorates, personal, familial, relational and business problems are experienced. This stress, with more women being exposed, affects the lives of women negatively in the individual, familial and social environment. As a result, it is unimaginable that women's health is not affected. In order to determine this effect, the concept of work-family conflict will be examined from the perspective of working women and the effects on women's health will be revealed.
