Özet: Climate change is seen by many as an ecological phenomenon. However, the situation is not only an ecological phenomenon. Because climate change is not only seen in a region, so it is a global problem. Especially after the industrial revolution, the increase of air pollution and the most important role of mankind in this pollution has led to the formation of certain policies among countries. With these policies, renewed economic activities and global management activities began to emerge. Countries have tried to prevent the global climate change problem in themselves, but they have not been able to solve these problems due to people's unresponsiveness. While this was the case, it was essential to conclude certain agreements between countries and to impose penalties. This political phenomenon, which is formed with the concerns of the next generation, continues to the present day through certain conferences and agreements. In this study, the reasons of the emergence of climate change in the political arena and why it emerged as an important situation were investigated.
