Özet: Following the First Crusade, which was initiated by the call of Papa II Urbanus (1088-1099) in The General Council of The Christian gathered in the town of Clermont in France in 1095 were established Urfa (Odessa) County, Tripoli County, Antakya County and  the Kingdom of Jerusalem. About 900 years later, a similar terrorist organization was established by a socialist organization in the north of Syria, the name of the Afrin Canton, Kobani Canton and Cezire Canton. The similarities of these two so-called States will be analyzed in this study. In terms of military, political and economic activities, Christian counties and cantonal structures will be tried to be analyzed in terms of the people of the region. In this study; it was aimed at putting the threat dimension together with the evaluation of the harm caused to the people of the region by the transformation of some of the constituents coming from outside the geography into the Latin Kingdom about nine centuries ago with the support of the ethnic groups or other groups inside it. Besides, we think it serves the same purpose; the current process of the present-day, which begins with cantonal formations, will focus on where the people of the region will be dragged and how and by which forces will be transformed into a structure similar to the Latin Kingdom. It is understood that the main forces behind this fiction and the power foci that support and feed the Crusades are actually connected to the same center. The Syrian territory in which the above-mentioned counties and the cantons were built and new ones have been tried; it can be regarded as one of the most cosmopolitan places in the Middle East, known as a very legal, multi-sectarian and multicultural geography, as well as a diversity of ethnic structures. Whether ten centuries ago or today, although it is thought that this socio-cultural structure has brought positive interaction and wealth for the people of the region, the practical consequences of this situation can also be cited as the cause of centuries-long discussions, conflicts and wars. As a matter of fact, the problems experienced in the past and the problems encountered, even today, we are faced with one of the main causes of serious problems -religious, sectarian, political, cultural, ethnic, social and economic- for the people of the region. About changing the bad luck of the people of the regionand peace and creation of peace, tranquility and trust; it should be noted that the fact that problems can never be solved should not be ignored unless a work and repair activity is carried out prioritizing universal values such as human dignity, right to life, freedom of belief and freedoms.
