Özet: Information is always in circulation. Even it undergoes various modifications during the circulation, it continues its flow. In this way, the information is kept alive by renewing and continues to lead. The main purpose of the alterations on information is to keep it up-to-date and maintain its validity through various contributes. On the other hand, by being corrupted or subjected to various manipulations, information is used for certain purposes, interests, political views and so on. This study, in which information flowing on/in the Digital and Industry 4.0 platforms is symbolized as “truth”, in the process of moving from Digital Confederalism to Technological Singularity as an “arrow”, theoratically discusses the reason why “truth” should turn into “adapted truth” and it needs to continue its path in this way. The aim of this study is to consider the effect of parts on the whole, based on the System Approach which is a theoretical exposition of the various risks that could prevent humanity and life in the near future when information (that is explained as “truth” in this study) cannot be properly protected. What these risks might be is limited to the research subject. In this theoretical study which is prepared by literature review and analogy which is based on a design model developed by the researcher, it was concluded that it is important to guide the “truth” as a regulator supported by artificial intelligence. In the case of the adjustment cannot be made with the chain of Quantum Computers, Industry 4.0 and Technological Singularity in the second layer of the developed model, the answer of the question on what will happen to “adapted truth”, is considered and there is a risk that “adapted truth” and so the “truth” cannot be recycled by Technological Singularity. Artificial intelligence and its componenets have a significant burden to deal with this situation. As a result, in addition to the application of artificial intelligence, especially its regulatory power, the article also suggested that the main platforms (Quantum Computers and Industry 4.0) that make up the system should be operated in a similar frequency range and in a compatible manner in terms of processing speed.
