Özet: The neigborhood is the city's main element, the essence and the core. The neigborhood, as one of the mandatory venue of the city, symbolizes the space that the place and life are intertwined. It is an example to that the place and life shape and complement each other mutually. The neigborhood is a place and format as well as a certain way of life. Therefore, the main element of the neigborhood is human relations and spatial formats. The foundation of a neigborhood is the environment of space that shapes the multi-faceted human relations. The Neigborhood is the mysterious union of space and life.
