Özet: This study analyzes the forms of resistance of urban subaltern against globalization processes through the concept of “tactics” of Michel de Certeau. This district has established near Afyon Castle and has a quite old and traditional social demography and formation. Because of this peculiar characteristic of the district, influnces of globalization to the this district was tried to understand. We argue on the one hand that globalization had dominated the everyday life regime which is actually functioning and on the other  that how does ordinary people develop the mechanmisms of defence against this domination and hegemony.
