Özet: An important Turkish poet Genceli Nizami, project a utopia in his book İskendername in 12.th century. This utopia pictured base on the ethos, like accuracy, moderation. In his utopia come together excellent people and they constitute an excellent society. According to Nizami, for an ideal city, ethic principles are most important. In his view, in an ideal city all people is equivalent and no private properties. Nizami, says that to politicians some important recomendations in these views about society and ideal city.
