Özet: It is observed that immigration activity in the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia in which people are largely from Kurdish ethno-cultural identity takes place in four ways geographically: These include immigration from rural areas to the cities and metropolis in the region, to the other cities and metropolis in the western part of the country, to the European counties and to the Northern Iraq. The demographic, social and economic change processes caused by domestic and international immigration inevitably brings about a transformation of political superstructure depending on the changes in social structures. In the terms of production tools, types and relations, transition from rural/agricultural society to the modern industrial society, in particular the cases of capitalization and urbanization, accordingly restructures the dynamics shaping the political life in the region. This study aims to analyse and discuss this process of transformation considering the causes and results of immigration movements and migratory behaviours.
