Özet: "Poverty" refers to a new governmentality  as social policy is created to manage the growing social problem with neoliberal adjustment policies and also brought along a different debates on how poverty is defined in the social sciences. Neoliberal process  has  also  caused  the terms of "feminisation of labor", "feminisation of poverty" and the "feminisation of the aid". This text will discuss definitions  of poverty  and  capacity  of its definitions  related to social problems  and the   gender issues. In other words genderization forms of poverty concepts will be discussed in poverty literature. Genderization of poverty” refers to that whether it is gender-blind concept, in other words, whether it is having the capacity of measurement of variations based on gender or not.
