Özet: As it is felt all over the world after the 1980 neo-liberal policies in Turkey has led to radical changes in welfare regimes and labor relations. Fight against poverty, the state trying to be channeled to non-governmental organizations acting in the market, freedom from responsibility, flexible and precarious forms of employment has created a new climate of the working life. Social and economic life was taken from the formal; captured areas are gray areas and groups have emerged as a result of the informal working to fill. In this sense, the working poor, the caller participate in the solution to poverty and poverty of individuals employed by referring to the laziness of people describing the approach can be seen between sector to remain silent. The poverty of the working medium in the study, which correspond to two different forms of employment in the formal sector in its entirety and has been investigated in the business.
