Özet: The dark side of personality has always been associated with negative and disturbing consequences in the relevant literature. In the business world, while focusing generally on the light side of the employees, the dark side has always been tried to be ignored from the business environment. However, the conditions of today's business world have made it necessary to think again about the light and dark sides of the employees. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of dark and light side of personality traits on the entrepreneurial intention of the employees. As a result of the research, it was determined that both dark and light personality traits have an effect on entrepreneurial intention, but dark personality traits have higher effect, and also psychopathy and kantianism, which are sub-dimensions, have positive effects on entrepreneurial intention. In the light of the results obtained, suggestions have been developed for researchers and practitioners.
