Özet: This study was conducted to determine the effect of belief in a just world on job performance and whether life satisfaction is a mediating role in this interaction. The data were collected from 167 customer representatives at a private GSM operator company in Trabzon by convenience sampling method. The data obtained were subjected to mediation analysis to test the structural model created within the scope of the research. According to the results of the analysis, it has been determined that life satisfaction plays a “full mediating role” in belief in a just world and job performance interaction. Current findings are discussed in the light of literature and suggestions for future study are developed.
