Özet: A model proposal for designing and conducting satisfaction measurements in enterprises is predicted and tested in this study. In compliance with strategic plan schedule of State-run enterprise, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses in the pilot phase apply the questionnaire form which is designed following investigating motivation theories, job characteristics theory, job demands-job resources theory, internal marketing approach, and psychological contract theory, and measurement model is created. Determinant factors of job quality are identified in the mains phase by means of the model. Towards the fact that the direct and indirect effects of management style, work environment, and communication on job quality, the enterprise is recommendad that activities and projects to improve communication be required, managerial skills at workplaces in the cities other than Ankara be developed, and improvements in work environment be made.
