Özet: The aim of this study is to comparatively examine the disciplinary problems experienced in middle schools in terms of different variables. In this context, studies conducted in Turkey and abroad on discipline problems in secondary schools between 2010-2020 were examined and compared with interviews with teachers, administrators and students. The holistic multi-case design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the study. The working group of the research consists of eight teacher, five administrator and 20 students who were determined by maximum variation sampling, one of the purposeful sampling methods. As a result of the research, compared to the findings of previous studies and the findings of interviews conducted within the scope of this study, disciplinary problems were found to have similar characteristics in general. In addition, when the interviews are generally evaluated, the opinion prevails that teacher-manager-parent cooperation can have an impact on disciplinary problems. However, as a result of the interviews, it is seen that this cooperation is not used effectively and that "verbal warning" is used more in the face of problems, it does not provide a permanent solution.
