Özet: This study aims to determine the status of SMEs benefiting from investment incentives, their expectations regarding investment incentives and their supervision of investment incentives. In this context, a questionnaire study was applied to SMEs in Sivas province. The data obtained as a result of the survey were analysed and interpreted in the SPSS 22.0 program. Statistical analyses such as frequency analysis, explanatory factor analysis and regression analysis were used to analyse the data. As a result of the study, it was concluded that all SMEs participating in the study benefited from investment incentives, the majority of them found investment incentives useful and they received information from chambers of industry and commerce about investment incentives. Another result of the research is that there is no significant relationship between the expectations of the employees of the participating companies from investment incentives and the scales related to the control of investment incentives.
