Özet: The article aims to depict James Bond films in relation to Bond woman's presence, through Bond’s ‘male gaze’ within the spatial context of a confined environment, extended space, or a stretched milieu, in order to designate the transformations with respect to representations of woman in popular culture in general. Aside from its worldwide popularity James Bond movies from 1962 to 2012 might be identified as a media archaeology site. In James Bond movies architecture and design are the main actors as protagonists/antagonists. In order to reveal the parallel between sociological and technological transformations and those of the woman representations in popular culture, purposive sampling method was employed regarding Bond woman’s, the Establishment women's and the 'Bond Woman's spatial representations.
