Özet: When the recent historical studies are examined, it is possible to come across many women whose leadership qualities are at the forefront. Especially in a male-dominated state structure, it is a great success for women to crown this qualification with the rulership. In this sense, there is an important name in history, which is a female slave named Hayzüran who managed to become the Abbasid Ruler. In the Arab society, where the discourse that a woman cannot be the head of state is generally accepted, Hayzüran has always made a name for herself with the courage and leadership she has shown during her rule, beyond being the first with her beauty, intelligence and competence in administration.
