Özet: The purpose of the study was to investigate the mediator role of agreeableness personality trait on the relationship between perceived social support and job ınvolvement levels. The sample included 172 hospitality industry employees. Job Involvement Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale and Agreeableness Scale were administered. The data were analyzed using PROCESS Multiple Mediation Model 4 (Hayes, 2018). The analysis results showed that agreeableness personality trait had mediator role in the relationship between perceived social support and job ınvolvement levels. Strenghts, limitations and implications of the current study are discussed in the light of relevant research.
