Özet: The purpose of this study is to review the measurements taken on acute physiological responses arising from repetitive sprints and to determine the relationships between parameters. To work, 58 professional male footballers between the ages of 17 and 37 who played in the 3rd league participated. For the purpose of the study, the players' height / weight, heart rate, blood lactate, standing long jump, vertical jump, speed, agility, yo-yo and repetitive sprint test values have measured. After the repetitive sprint test, the percentage of players performance decline and fatigue index have determined using the formula. The average, percentage, minimum, maximum and standard deviation values of the obtained research data have determined in the SPSS 26.0 licensed statistics package program. Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between parameters and repetitive sprint indicators. Percentage of one-foot (right) long jump and performance decline in the positive direction, between heart rate and fatigue index and best sprint in a negative direction, with MaxVo2 in a negative direction between fatigue index and running average, in a positive direction between agility and running average, 10 between the meter speed and the fatigue index and the best sprint time in the positive direction, between the 30 meter speed and the fatigue index, the running average and the best sprint time in the positive direction, between the counter jump and the best sprint in the negative direction, between the squat jump and the performance decrease It was found that there was a positive relationship. As a result, it has determined that athletes with good MaxVo2 capacity and speed skills were less tired, athletes with good MaxVo2 capacity, agility and speed skills had better running averages, those with good heart rate, speed and vertical jump have found to have the best sprint.
