Özet: It was aimed to investigate the effect of studying different sizes of balls on football skills. In our study, the workout group (WG; n = 12) and the control group (CG, n = 12) were composed of athletes trained in soccer players. In our study, CG athletes continued their classical training programs, while interval groups of different sizes (handball, tennis, pilates) were extensive by intensive applied to the athletes in the study, immediately after warming up, for 8 weeks and 3 days a week for about 70 minutes. All of the athletes participating in the specified program were pre-tested before starting the training program and post-test measurements after the 8-week training program. The pre and post tests were carried out by the same team in the same place. Statistical analysis of the Mor-Christian general ability football test (Dribbling, Passing, Shooting) in the tests was performed in the SPSS package program. As a result of the findings, no significant difference was found between the workout and control groups (p> 0,05), while the workout group showed improvement in the athlete (p <0,05). As a result, it is thought that this kind of difference will lead to clearer results by taking longer periods in the training programs at early ages and that the young soccer players will develop their technical skill performances.
