Taekwondo Sporcularında Aerobik Yorgunluğun Vuruş Tekniği Üzerine Etkileri

Özet: In this study, it has been aimed to examine the effect of fatigue that comes out after exhausting activity of taekwondo athletes on kick technique. 15 taekwondo athletes(age 15,8 ± 0,74  years ; height 166 ± 9,9 cm; body weight 55,4 ± 9,5 kg)  have voluntarily participated in the study. Harward Step Test has been implemented in the study in order to create fatigue. With the objective to examine the differences of kick techniques of taekwondo athletes, “Palding Chagi”, “Tolyo Chagi”, “Neryö Chagi” kicks with increasing level of difficulty have been carried out with 5 repetitions, as right and left, as soon as the test has finished. During Harward Step Test and taekwondo kicks, the heart rates (HR) of the athletes have been observed instantly by heart rate monitor (Polar V800, Lake Success, NY, USA) in order to determine the cardiovascular intensity that the athletes have been exposed to. SPSS 21.0 packaged software has been used for statistical analyze and descriptive statistics and independent two samples T-test analyzes have been carried out in the study. Although a significant difference has been found in anaerobic strength output between male and female participants (p<0,05), there is no significant difference in the percentage of kick. The success rates at the Taekwondo kick types such as Palding Chagi, Tolyo Chagi, Neryö Chagi which have been carried out after fatigue have been found respectively as 97,75%, 73,33% and 71%. It has been observed that there is a decrease up to 29% in success rate originating from increasing level of difficulty of kick and fatigue. It has been considered that the decrease at the rate of 4/1 in the kick success rate after fatigue happening during the competition of taekwondo athletes has a direct impact on the rate of player’s score at the competition.
