Özet: The aim of this study is to make an educational comparative analysis towards project management (PM) in scope of bachelor, master and PhD degrees between Turkey and European countries by focusing on competitive advantage, maturity and future trends in project management. Analysis show that in Turkey, only three universities have PM master degrees which are focused on the field of construction and architecture. On the other hand, most of the universities including top universities in Europe have bachelor, master and PhD level PM degree offers. The programs are mainly taught in business schools and in many kinds of PM profession. There is no PM degree offer in business schools in Turkey. It is also evident that, while the programs in Turkey are centered in Istanbul, the programs in Europe has spread all over the regions.
